The Way, a ministry for youth, exists primarily to share the Gospel with students and their families, equipping them to fulfill their God-given destiny.
Our Mission
Synergy's "The Way" chapel is designed to work off of the three E's system:
Engage
Effect everyone by proclaiming the Good News of salvation found in Jesus Christ.
Equip
Educate and encourage. Help people to grow spiritually, to know their identity in Christ, and to build their faith on a strong foundation.
Empower
Energize and elevate. Help others to use their God-given talents to move up into higher levels of intimacy with God and influence with others.

Students explore mixing multimedia techniques with the performing arts to enhance and bring to life the Word of God.
